We would like to advise all of our clients that applications for the Super guarantee amnesty ends on 7 September 2020 which has given employers the opportunity to catch up on any unpaid super without incurring the normal penalties and fees.
If you are up-to-date with payments to your employees super, then no further action is required.

If you are unsure or worried that you have not been paying your employees super in full, you can contact our office for assistance to ensure you meet the deadline and submit an application before the deadline. If you are unable to make the payment in full, you can still apply for the amnesty and receive its benefits while you work with the ATO towards a payment plan best suited for your circumstances which may extend the amnesty beyond 7 September 2020.
